Suzanne continued on her theme of faithful questions.  she considered Pauls letter to the Corinthians - Reading 1 Corinthians 15: 35-58
Suzanne asked - Do we like our bodies or do we think about our friends bodies?  Have we become too critical? Do other people's comments hurt us?
She then explained that Paul  is blamed by some for suggesting the body could be consider bad whilst the spirit is good but why then preach about the body in resurrection? In the reading he is talking to the Greek Corinthians who believed the body is a prison.
Our bodies are of this time, not always godly, they are weak and confined, age and sometimes embarrass us! Heavenly bodies are splendid but Paul explains our natural bodies must come first and God's image must shine through us.
