As well as worship on Sundays at 2.45pm there are regular mid-week Bible studies led by the Minister or members of the church, leading to a good discussion in a friendly and open atmosphere.
Prior to Covid the church had three table tennis teams entered in the Sheffield Table Tennis League and Monday is training night when there is no home match scheduled.
Wednesday evening post Covid will be social table tennis (Bat & Chat) starting at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome. Table tennis ability is not required as it is purely a fun evening, some members just attend for a chat and cup of tea.   Contact the Church Secretary for details.
Prior to Covid the first Thursday of each month the Soup & Roll Club met run by Andrea, Sheila and their team of volunteers.  Local people come and enjoy conversation and plenty of laughs over a bowl of soup and a roll, a cup of tea, cheese and biscuits with cakes. There's usually some entertainment after we've eaten, a game, a talk by a visiting speaker or a performance of some sort. This is a free event but donations are welcomed.
On the second Friday of each month church members went to the Crosspool Tavern for a social drink together meeting at the pub at 8.00pm.
Each summer there's a Church Camp where lots of fun is had by church members of all ages!
There's plenty of other social activities that occur throughout the year - including talks, pea & pie suppers, games evenings/afternoons, and seasonal fayres.  You can find out more about forthcoming events in the church diary, or to read about what you've missed go to the church blog.
